2. Head of Business Administration

Primary responsibilities:

  • Leading the commercial team for Industry Solutions (IS) in Ukraine form our office in Donetsk and being responsible for all financial related activities for the IS business.
  • Supporting the CEO of IS in all business related activities and defining together with him a busi-ness strategy as well as budgets
  • The CFO is responsible for planning and controlling of the budget.
  • Defining of business processes and reporting for the newly established business in particular in regards of the area of commercial processes
  • Setting up of legal structures and contracts for executing the projects with a special focus on tax and legal requirement as well as on financing needs whereby different types of contracts must be developed (international contracts as well as contracts based on Ukrainian law)
  • Recruiting excellent commercial and other professionals for the commercial department; mentor-ing and career development support for the team members the Ukrainian group.
  • Anticipating and responding to financial risks and reporting thereon in cooperation with Legal and Controlling, for Ukraine

Requirements:
  • At least three years successful management experience in a large in international industrial com-pany (Ukrainian group or foreign subsidiary).
  • Experienced in large project business
  • Experienced in working in multinational teams as well as in reporting structures and requirements of international companies
  • Knowledge of international law and related contractual structures for project business as well as knowledge about Ukrainian law in regards of such project business in Ukraine. Understanding of financing tools and structures and their impact on terms & conditions in customer contracts
  • Demonstrated leadership success, strong communication skills; highly motivated team player; analytical, professional, proactive; intercultural skills and deep knowledge of Ukraine
  • Ukraine/Russian, business fluent English
